Just came from out of state. My husband and I got burgers and they were very over priced. The burgers were literally flavorless and fries had no salt to them. Host treated us poorly and was rude, but waitress was nice. Was very disappointed in the food though with how highly it was rated and expensive the prices were. It was about $60 for just 2 burgers, fries and one drink. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Tay met us with such an amazing smile and energy that we had to come back. I came back and she was ever so radiant. Nicole the server was so kind as well. The place is nice and the staff are friendly. The food is great and I'm so satisfied. This is the only spot worth eating at.

We came to Jaxson for Mothers Day, hoping for some good food, ice cream and customer service! However we got just the opposite. When we recieved our food, our food was burnt, when we said something to our waiter about it, he came back with the same food. We didnt want to make a fuss, however, my mom who is elderly has bad teeth and couldnt enjoy her food, so we requested new food! When the cook was informed, we heard the mean words that the cook was expressing and then was told, we need to purchase a new set of food! In my anger I agreed because I didnt want to cause a scene on Mothers Day! The service was terrible and this was my go to place!
